To avoid the cancellation fee, you must cancel or change your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If you miss an appointment without canceling beforehand then it will be charged 100% of the service cost.
Since you’ll have less time to see your provider, it might not be as beneficial. This is why we still charge the full fee for appointments that are cut short due to tardiness!
